Assessment Center / Development Center   [AC/DC] - methods of checking employees potential,  considered the most complex and the best way of verification and evaluation of employees predispositions, abilities, personality traits and competences, necessary for performing their duties.

They are used mainly for the purpose of:
  • recruitment, as a selection method
  • identification of employees training needs,
  • building employees career paths, planning promotions.
What distinguishes AC/DC from a standard appraisal method are:
  • possibility to observe and evaluate Candidates while they are solving practical tasks, similar to those that they can face in their daily work,
  • adaptation of practical tasks to the needs of a given project,
  • Candidates are evaluated by people who are specially trained for that, according to strictly determined, uniform criteria
  • AC/DC allows not only assessor but also a person who is evaluated, to get to know methods of professional functioning not only
  • opportunity to observe and evaluate the Candidate according to his functioning in a team.
AC/DC project prepared and conducted by our specialists consists of: individually chosen tasks, which aim at simulating the real situations and interviews with a Candidate completed by psychological tests. The picture of a Candidate created on the basis of these elements allows to get to know his personality, ways of functioning as well as strong and weak points. It serves also as a good indicator of the Candidate’s development possibilities and predispositions to take managerial positions in a company (also in the context of social intelligence and functioning in a team).
